I have never seen Da Coach be negative to anyone on here. We are lucky to have he and tornado so involved. They are nice people on this forum and extremely knowledgeable about NCAA BB and other sports. This forum is invaluable to me as a long time Bradley fan and the information they provide is fact based and professionally expressed.

Here are pictures of the media conference for Loyola's Sister Jean this morning at the Final Four, and a simultaneous media conference featuring Loyola player Marques Townes. You can tell who the real star is.

            I think this is good...
usually the intense media coverage is distracting to the players and puts more pressure on them creating more "nervousness"..
but Sister Jean is drawing all the bothersome media away and allowing the players to focus more on the game

And the crowd to watch the Loyola team practice this morning at the Alamadome was said to be possibly larger than some of their home crowds!-

not hard to believe - I've waited in some restroom lines at Bradley games that had more people than a Loyola home game...

anyway, gotta figure their ticket sales should go up next year

Well, Loyola loses to Michigan 69-57 - they had a great run !!
two very uncharacteristic things - bad 3-pt shooting and turnovers...

but that's gonna be us next year - I am confident!!

Loyola had an incredible run. Congratulations to them for a great season. Both coach and team showed an awful lot of class in this run. They did their university and the Valley proud.

Now Bradley lets get in the dance next year.

Congrats to the Ramblers on a great run. You did yourself and the Valley very proud. It sure was very uncharacteristic of them to have so many turnovers and shoot the three so poorly. I so enjoyed watching a mid major send teams home that may have some explaining to do to the FBI .

Very well said and so true. I hope Beilein isn't one of them. Seems like a class act. I don't say that just because I'm a Mich fan either unless they are playing BU. Have to admit that I would like to have seen the Ramblers win tonight.

What a wonderful run by Loyola! They were fun to watch all year, other than the 2 games we lost to them. They just seemed to hit a wall with around 10:00 to go and just could not get it back. Their 3 hallmarks this season was 3 point shooting, passing and assists and they were just 1-10 from 3, they had 17 turnovers and they only had 6 assists on 22 field goals. Once Michigan's defense kicked in during the 2nd half Loyola didn't have an answer. Congrats to Loyola on a great season.

one other bit of news....and despite some false reports to the contrary...
Ratings are up in games with Loyola this year.
There has long been the argument that the power teams always draw better...
that one of the biases that keeps midmajors out is that they would economically HURT the tournament...

well, that has just been blown away...the ratings for the Loyola game Saturday show a huge audience - a whopping 29% higher than the same Final Four game last year.. and 15% higher when all broadcast avenues are totalled!

Ratings & viewership were also up a similar 21-29% last weekend for the Elite Eight
Loyola-Chicago's underdog run is paying off for CBS and Turner, with the Ramblers latest win scoring this year's biggest jump in Elite Eight ratings.

I agree. The figures put out by the Corrupt 6 Conferences was fake news
