I know this is still a ways off still, but what is the likelihood we will see any footage of these games? Three of the four new guys have little enough good video to watch online that my curiosity is piqued. Plus, it??™s going to be very difficult to replace Donte. We will have to play slightly different than we did last year when he frequently played center with Childs as the power forward. That was our best lineup because their combined quickness allowed them to stay in front of more perimeter based players while their strength put them in a position to dominate the boards and offer rim protection. Bar??™s biggest weakness on defense is usually his quickness, and Boya looks similar. Will one of them be able to stay on the floor against the smaller lineups that is in vogue today? Is Childs too short to play center in those situations? Can Van Bree or Bile step up as stretch/small-ball powerforwards in big minutes? These are questions I??™d like to at least have a hint of an answer to.

I know coaches don??™t like having tape available for their opponents to get any sort of advantage but I??™m sure I??™m not the only fan who would really like to see the new look team in real competition.
    Gotta stop feeding the trolls.

So none of Calipari??™s players have won an NBA title. At least they were good enough to get drafted. Looks like nit-picking to me.
What part of illegal don't you understand?

So if their team doesn??™t win an NBA title, they aren??™t team players. Looks like there are a lot of that kind of player around then.

maybe we can talk Dave Snell into going along to London & Amsterdam, then doing a play by play thru a phone hookup...

Is there a schedule for when these games will be played anywhere? Any live stats or all after the game?

I don't think there has been any information released about Live Stats or box scores. I am hoping we might get in-game and post-game twitter reports.

Bradley will officially release the full non-conference schedule tomorrow.

Here is what we know about the schedule so far.

And this is what we've heard so far about London & Amsterdam games-
Sunday July 29, 2018 - Team departs for London
Tuesday July 31, 2018 - 1st exhibition game against opponent from British Basketball League
Thursday August 2, 2018 - depart for Amsterdam
Friday August 3, 2018 - 2nd exhibition game against AMSTERDAM SELECT

Bradley is finishing their allotted practices and will leave Sunday for London..
that means the coaching staff has to split up this week, with Coach Fos & Coach Adams on the road recruiting while the rest stay here to run practices...

Everyone is healthy & ready to go but the new guys just getting adjusted & I think they will probably not play as many minutes..
either way, all the extra practices and the couple games will help get our guys ready to go in the fall.
We have 12 scholarship players with two brand new guys (Brummett & Henry) so it's reasonable to assume if the coach goes with a rotation of 9-10 guys, then the experienced guys will play more.

There was an "event" going on outside -with Bradley sponsor Peoria Charter Coach and their "CEO" showing off a couple new charter coaches that the teams will use for road trips - pretty nice...

The red one is shown in my avatar and there's an identical White one with red lettering, too...

BTW- watch Kurt Pegler (WMBD) (and probably Jim Mattson, too) as they will film at the Bradley practice today and have some coverage this evening & on their websites.
Dave Reynolds will have a report as well - and I suppose BradleyFans will have more from direct observation, too...anyone who wants more can PM questions to Da Coach or me...

Kurt Pegler is the only media guy at today's practice with a camera, so WMBD should have a video report. Dave Reynolds is also here and should have a report. The team will have 1 more practice tomorrow before leaving for Europe.
One of the new guys really stood out, but everyone looks like they are in great shape. I'll report more later.

I was one of a couple fans who were at the team's practice today. All the returning players are well conditioned, and looked good. The newcomers will probably get limited minutes this year with all the guard and forward experience we have, but they all have nice potential. Boya may get the most minutes of the new guys. He is huge, and made a couple nice blocks and dunks in the scrimmages.

Everyone is excited to start playing real competition soon!

At the end of practice, a couple media members arrived, and we'll likely see reports in the PJ Star and on WMBD.

                          New Bradley Athletics buses-

Also, Kurt Pegler took video and interviewed several people today at the Bradley practice that media was invited to. However, his sports report tonight focused heavily on Jim Thome, Cubs-Cards baseball, and the Chicago Bears. He did not have a report about Bradley on tonight's WMBD sports report. Hopefully, he will show it at a later date.

Bradley finishes their final practice today, and will leave for England in the morning. They are itching to play real competition, but the team also has scheduled recreational and tourist things scheduled, which the players should enjoy-
