  • Long hair..I must ask.

Seriously just what exactly did JJ do to you. Its OK to admit it. I've joked about stealing your girlfriend but think its something along those lines. Something happened at BU that has you really ticked off. Humor us, we all like a good story.

We all have players we like, don't like from time to time but I've never seen a personal campaign against ONE individual player like you are exhibiting. I don't see the need to make it your signature but I guess its your choice.

From the few posters I've spoke with it really damages your credibilty because its obviously personal.

IF the mods think my post is not within the guidelines I'll accept the decison but I offer as long as you keep the sig. asking "why tuaui" I think its ok to question about it.

I respect your right to have an opinon about ANY BU player...but I also question the need to make it an obsession and since JJ can't defend himself (he spends to much time doing a great job defending the opposition) I just appointed myself to defend him.

    Crush

Maybe he secretly has a crush on JJ Or is LongHair really a he? You remember back when you were in grade school and the girls who liked you would do mean things just to get your attention.

Maybe that's what's really going on here

One does not have to read very far in the 'guidelines for posting' to find:

"Posts should not contain any of the following content:
      - Profanity or vulgarities- we will decide what is profane or vulgar, but you know what it is. Consider that there people of all ages that visit this board. So even terms like "sucks" is considered inappropriate.
      - Flames - everyone knows what flaming is, and it will not be tolerated. The judgement of moderators is final.
      - Negative or unconstructive criticism of Bradley, the coaches, the players, or any personnel or staff at Bradley"

(btw, B4L... love the avatar... reminds me of the little plastic balls BU would throw into the crowd back in the late 70's into the 80's... if you caught one with a player's autograph you won something. Wonder if there are any of those still around.. I bet Tornado has one or two )

Dog, obviously JJ is a fan favorite, however he is not my favorite player at Bradley. If it makes you happy i'll take off the "Why Tauai", only because it has served it purpose and may not be necessary the remander of the year.

B4L, I agree with MacabreMob, i do like your avatar. However i dont like JJ. Yes the LongHair is a MAN and I DONT have a crush on JJ.

Dog, you can stand up for JJ, but I stand up for players who deserve better. Warren, Adams, Jassey, Singh, Lavin, and Philly are all players that i will stand up for.

I understand your message, but you guys REALLY lose credibility when you mention other players to replace him. I'm not talking about the ones you may have an argument for (and even then I don't agree)... but Lavin?

I'm sorry... you guys just get thrown out with the fast-food garbage as I am driving down the freeway as soon as I spot the crying Indian ready for his tv spot. (then again, you may not remember those commercials)

now now, dont be hatin on lavin
skills aside hes still a neat-o guy (not to mention he looks just outstanding in pregame warmups- draining the 3s and the great physical apperance as well)

I didn't mean it that way. I'm not saying Lavin would replace Tauai. Thats ridiculous. I'm more for the underdog factor. When were up 30 against Florida A&M and the game is already desicided, I would hope that the Les would clear the bench. Then i would hope Lavin would get in the game and get a basket or just get several min for all his work in practice everyday. Also I know the coaches have a rotation of players, but I would like to see players like DA, AW, Singh get a little more pt here and there.

I can agree with those comments.

Game is decided - give more time to other players.

He did clear the bench in that game. That was the game your guy Jassey fouled out in 2 min.

I remember having a couple when I was a kid. Used to listen to the BU game at home and pretend I was playing the game using the ball and shooting at a door turned back against a wall allowing a small gap for a shot.

Wonder if my folks still have one.

But (like I said earlier), I bet Tornado has got one.
