Nice senior day ceremony for Donte.

Indiana State leading scorer (17.3 ppg) and star guard Jordan Barnes not starting. Reason not known.

Bradley trails Indiana State 34-31 at halftime.

Both ISU and Drake lost today, so if Bradley can come back and win, they will finish tied for 3rd place!
In a 3-way tie, Drake wins the tiebreaker and gets the 3rd seed, ISU gets the 4th seed, and will play Bradley, who gets the 5th seed.
If Bradley loses, then ISU wins the tiebreaker between them and Drake based on RPI, and ISU drops to the 4th seed to play Bradley.

Not that bad of an outcome. Bradley will play Drake next Friday. Let's hope DB is OK.

I was only able to listen to the last minute but it looks like we got killed on the boards......looks like DLO and Donte had real nice games though

I hate to lose, especially at home. And it would have been nice to get 20 wins. But I am pleased with where this program is at. And I think we'll get win #20 next Friday!

refs let the Sycs climb our backs -
but we also missed a lot of late FTs

...so now we fall to the 5-seed next Friday instead of being the 5-seed had we won...

and 6,738 over the last 6 games -- very encouraging...

                    Most disappointing outcome of the,season.
I am pretty bummed right now.
No way we can lose to the likes of Indy St at home.

                    Too bad...very sad

I hated this game. Nothing to play for. Out of NIT and NCAA at large contention, locked into 5 seed. Yeah you can say they should play for pride, 20 wins etc but everyone knows it’s Arch or bust and lack of motivation affecting performance is human nature. You could see it on the block outs and rebounding. In fact a loss probably helped us because Drake looks like a better matchup than the healthy Jailbirds. Meanwhile the Trees had everything to play for and knew it by tip. These types of situations carry higher risk of injury too and voila! Brown hurts his ankle. Hopefully it’s just a roll and not a sprain and swelling gets down by the tournament.

Just like everyone else, I'm disappointed we could not win this game. I think the team had a lot to play for. Their goal is to win every time they step on the court. They wanted to honor Donte's contributions to the rebuilding effort and send him out on a high note by winning his final home game. Basketball is a huge part of the coaches and players lives. There is no doubt in my mind that they wanted to win this game and prove to the 7800+ fans that they deserved our support.

Overall I am very impressed with the team's improvement! Hopefully even more fans will attend the home games next season. These guys work hard and deserve our support!

Has anyone heard how Darrell's ankle is doing?

                            This season is a success.
However, One of the negative traits we??™ve had this year is the inability to thrive on success. Our big emotional wins have been followed promptly by losses, and it isn??™t really just game day.... that problem begins in the prep days just following the victory.

I??™m really hoping we can learn and apply this for next year, and if so then it??™s all worth it.

Coming of losses, we play better because we are striving.. therefore let??™s go get it done against Drake on Fri.

Hoping the ankle isn??™t bad, but he wasn??™t putting any weight on it. This team is deep tho, and as key as Darrell is we have others who can step up if he can??™t go.
                            Compete. Defend. Rebound. Win.
