And Jeremy Crouch who lead the nation with 50% three point shooting in 2007-
PEORIA, Ill. -- The NCAA released its final men's basketball statistics Wednesday and junior guard Jeremy Crouch (Pekin, Ill./Pekin H.S.) became the fourth Bradley player to lead the nation in an individual statistical category, tying Texas A&M sophomore guard Josh Carter with the nation's best 3-point field goal percentage.? Both players made exactly one-half of their 3-point field goal attemps during the 2006-07 season, Crouch draining 83-of-166 in his 27 games and Carter making 86-of-172 in 34 games.

That same season (2006-2007), Andrew Warren shot 45.7%, Will Franklin shot 43.3%, Danny Adams shot 41.5%, and Daniel Ruffin shot 38.2%!
Jim Les knew how to recruit and coach shooters.

For next season I would like to see us sign a 6'9" 240 pound athletic power forward with Donte Thomas skills! Not asking for much. If we have a stronger inside game our 3 point shooters should have more open looks.

I look forward to Pittman's return. The DLO and Pittman combination on defense will really be fun to watch.

Jim I agree with your choice of a 6'9" 240 lb. athletic PF but we need to throw in a 40% plus 3 pt. shooter. The open looks we had this yr. only got us to 5 place. If you go back and look at the games we played this yr. can't believe how many OPEN 3's we missed. Not sure what we shot as a team but boy did we miss a lot of them. Maybe I'm being a little to harsh but it sure seems to me like that was a problem area in my mind. I also look forward to Pittman's return and what I hope he can give us. I've heard a lot of people ,who have seen practices, say he excels in practice. Sure hope so now that Penny Hardaway rumors are surfacing again with our current PG.
