    This clarifies it-

“It's a similar bone bruise (as earlier this season), but seems to be worse,” said Muller.

With his last injury, he missed about a week, and missed one game (their 12/31/17 game against Indiana State).
Bradley's next home game (after the next 2 games on the road) is against ISU on Wednesday, Feb. 14. Somehow, I suspect he will make a miraculous recovery and play in that game.

Have there ban any further updates on Evans? I??™m curious if he??™s actually been ruled out for Thurs. I do agree he seems like a fairly tough kid and I??™ll be surprised if he actually misses 3 weeks.

He is out 1-3 weeks with a bone bruise. I bet we don't see him until St Louis.

The only official announcement was that he would miss 1 to 3 weeks. Though no specific announcement was made regarding tomorrow's game, it will have only been 5 days since his injury last Saturday, so am certain he would be kept out of that game against SIU.
I'd expect him to miss at least a couple games or more with the injury being described as "more serious" than the last one. Their next 6 games are:
          Thursday 2/8 home vs. SIU
          Sunday 2/11 at Valparaiso
          Wednesday 2/14 at Bradley
          Saturday 2/17 home vs. UNI
          Wednesday 2/21 home vs. Drake
          Saturday 2/24 at Loyola

I think mvcfan may be right. They will need him to be capable of playing 3 games in 3 days in the MVC Tournament which starts March 1, and their last game is Feb. 24. They will need to win the MVC Tournament to get an NCAA bid. There is no way they will get an at-large bid, so there is little benefit for them to risk playing him again too soon. So it seems likely they will rest him for the full 3 weeks+ and bring him back for the tournament.

this seems to be a repeat injury and the thought that playing him too soon might cause him to be lost again for St. Louis, will encourage them to be much more cautious this time..
