Being Saturday and a 7pm start.... there should be a huge turnout (at least I’m hoping). I think our highest attended game was also a 7pm start on a Saturday night as well against Evansville if I remember right. Hopefully the folks will show up. This team has EARNED IT!

We HAVE to build on our success. And I think in this game we will. Bradley wins, IMO.

I am more worried about the next 3. I expect we get tough games on road at UNI and SIU and (expecting) a couple losses which could damage confidence going into home game with ISU. 3 losses in a row will hurt and maybe put us in a tailspin and lose 5 in a row as we have road games at Valpo and Mo St after that (viewing Valpo as a very winnable road game).

      I know I look ahead.

Just.... we gotta keep building on our success and keep adjusting and keep getting better.

It starts with this Saturday beating Drake.

Bradley opens -8 . Vegas is sick of these Braves covering (still going to cover!)

A win today gives us 18 wins - that would equal the most wins we've had since 2008-2009

It looks like it could be a big crowd tonight. The main lobby is packed with long lines at the ticket windows and long lines to get into the arena.

Wish I knew how to forward a picture. It took my son in law to the 13 minute mark to get to his seats.

Boy that was a real stinker. Didn't see that coming after the way we've been playing.

Well, not much to say other than the obvious- Bradley just couldn't make shots tonight. Drake went into their 2-3 zone with 13-14 minutes left in the game, and never came out of it.

                            Official Box Score-
Page Not Found (404): It looks like you're lost... The page you are looking for no longer exists.

Official attendance was 7,793! By far the biggest crowd of the year. We need to play more Saturday night games!
Too bad they couldn't have seen a win.

By the way, did anyone else hear Coach Wardle on his post-game show? Did you agree? Lost because the players developing "attitudes"?
I am not a coach, but maybe there were some things we might have tried differently to give Bradley a chance to win, but we never seemed to change what we were doing, and it wasn't working.
For one, here are the top 3-point shooters-
Visit ESPN for Bradley Braves live scores, video highlights, and latest news. Find standings and the full 2024-25 season schedule.

Stipo didn't see the floor the last 10-12 minutes, and Luuk never got his warm-up off the whole game. Also, Koch Bar had a nice game. He was 3-3 from the floor, and had 7 rebounds in just 19 minutes, and played good inside defense. I am not saying any of these guys would have made a difference, but he also did not play the last 8-10 minutes.

The loss drops Bradley to 7-5 in the MVC, and of the 6 remaining league games, only 2 are at home. So it is going to be tough to finish above .500 in the MVC, and if there are any more slip-ups, we may be looking at playing on Thursday night again in St. Louis.

Not going to win many games shooting 37 percent from the field. Hopefully this is a wake up call and we can steal one on the road now.
