2018-19 early season tournaments

The 2018 Paradise Jam returns to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands after last year's event was moved to the Liberty University on the U.S. mainland because of damage from Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
They have announced their 8-team men's field, and it includes an MVC member-

The men’s Paradise Jam begins Friday, Nov. 16 and continues through Monday, Nov. 19. The tournament field includes Eastern Kentucky, Kansas State, Kennesaw State, Missouri, Northern Iowa, Old Dominion, Oregon State, and Penn.

In the 2017 Paradise jam, Drake went 2-1 and took the 3rd place trophy.

Northern Iowa opens vs. Penn then plays the winner/loser of Eastern Kentucky/Kansas State

this is an interesting tourney that has two other separate divisions for big-name schools, that apparently got their way
and will not have to play any mid-majors!
Kentucky, UCLA, UNC, St. John's, Purdue, Ole Miss, UConn...all get to play in a bracket by themselves and will not face any midmajors -
what a weird way to do it - obviously doesn't surprise me, to - LINK

That means regardless of how the bracket is structured, there would be a chance they could play each other. Matching 2 teams from the same conference is something these early season tournaments rarely do, and some conferences in the past have prohibited members from participating in a tournament where that might happen.

Missouri State will be in next year's 2019 Charleston Classic along with
UConn, Florida, Xavier, Miami, Penn State, Saint Joseph's, and Towson

We play every MVC team twice, and who they play affects Bradley's RPI. So I am interested in these tournaments, and especially to see what teams the other MVC teams are playing.
