Well it's almost time.........the Braves could really establish themselves tonight with a Road Victory over CU.......and we already know Dana said the Braves have the advantage with the longer lay-off between games to prepare! Please Dana.....save the whine for after your lose tonight!

The Braves need to keep up the D'......hold down Funk under his average.....get some quality minutes from SS tonight to keep both ZA and MS fresh and out of foul trouble........make FT's tonight as they will be needed....a missed FT is a TO in my book...... and OH YEAH.........Rain Some 3's!

Forgot one...........get off to an early lead to take out the crowd early......heard somewhere it's around 15,000 and make them force their offense to keep in the game!

I think thats a big one, the CU crowd can be overwhelming. We really need to keep em quiet.

Poor Dana, the Valley did actually give him a full week of time off Feb 13 home to UNI then not back until at ISU on Feb 20th. But the world is revolving against Dana because the bracketbuster is on the Saturday between the two dates.

Life and scheduling is simply not fair Dana Oh ya and heres to hoping that tonight is not fair to him or his Jays!!

I went to a game there a few years ago when they played Drake and there were 15K plus it was the largest basketball crowd I had ever seen and a huge plus to them, Korver didnt hurt either though.

"make FT's tonight as they will be needed....a missed FT is a TO in my book......"

I agree! FT's are the biggest key in winning any game, especially the games away from home!!! We need big play tonight from both MS and ZA on shutting down Tolliver and also whoever is guarding Funk.

The key to a W tonight is how well we play our D.

              GO BRAVES!!!

The front line needs to step up and get some rebounds. I don't know a lot about how we match up against the Creighton bigs, but we've been out rebounded in almost every game this year. If Will and Ruff have good games, we'll be in good shape.

DDeO' just said JL is 2-7 against CU? Is that correct? It can be overcome....just like JL against Dr Tom.....but I thought we've done better than that?

Things have been going well and I think we will give them a good game tonight. It's kinda funny when we lost to Missouri St. at home that some people were saying how we could lose 7 in a row ... nooooot gonna happen!

I just encourage people to not jump off the ship if somehow we can't pull out a win tonight. Creighton hasn't lost at home this season and you aren't expected to win the majority of your road games in the Valley, it's TOUGH!

That all being said, I think we can win with our quickness. Tolliver can't pulverize our big guys. If we can shut him down, I'm not as worried about their guards, because we are much quicker than they are.
                      Go Braves!

Thanks MIKE... I feel like we will have a slight advantage on the boards tonight as long as we take Tolliver out of his game! My guess would be we're +3 in rebounding as long as we crash the o-boards hard!

This game was there to win. BU just couldn't get it done. NO POINTS from DA and AW. ZA was no factor at all. Matt Salley was the only bright spot for us tonight.
