Bradley is 15-7 and 5-4 in the MVC after their win over Missouri State on Tuesday night. Indiana State is currently 10-10 overall and 5-3 in the MVC pending their game Wednesday night at SIU.

    Standings-

Indiana State has 2 of the top 10 scorers in the MVC with sophomore guard Jordan Barnes ranked 3rd in the league at 17.0 ppg, and senior Brenton Scott ranked 8th at 15.0 ppg. They usually play 4 guards and have very little inside game. Their top 4 scorers are all guards, and most of their rebounding comes from their guards. They are a good 3-point shooting team (37.8%), and average 9 three pointers per game.
They are 7-3 at home this season, and 3-1 at home in the MVC- they beat Valpo, UNI, and ISU, and lost to Drake. They last home game was the 30 point blowout win over Illinois State last Saturday.
Last season, Indiana State swept both games against Bradley, winning 81-71 in Terre Haute, and winning 56-54 in the game in Peoria.
The last time Bradley won in Terre Haute was when Jim Les' 2008-2009 team won 63-52 on January 14, 2009-

    Indiana State stats-

Indiana State's home attendance has fallen way off this season. They are averaging 3,396 through 10 home games. Last season they averaged 3,946 per game in 14 home games. Only Drake (2,836), Valpo (2,808 ), and Loyola (1,997) are averaging less this season.

yeah, but have you watched any of their home games?
2/3 of the seats they are reporting as sold, are empty - LINK
I know we've had some empties, too, but it is extremely impressive in Terre Haute.

Sunday afternoon game, so if everyone gets to sleep early on Saturday, no reason for anyone to be tired. With their low attendance, just a few 100 Bradley fans should make it feel more like a home game. And if Coach W. walks them around and shows them that the height of the basket, the length of the court, and the way the minutes tick off the clock are the same as they are at Carver Arena, no reason we shouldn't be competitive..

Bradley is on the horizon of a huge opportunity here. The next three games, including two of them at home, are against the top three teams in the standings now. I mean, Bradley can certainly come out of this stretch on top of the Valley.

btw- I also forgot to mention that Callum Barker's dad & brother were visiting and caught several of Bradley's recent games including a couple road games (ISU, Loyola).. It was a little cooler here than it was down under.. but they are on their way back - now..

Per Warren Nolan Bradley's RPI this morning sits at 83. The Missouri State win has given us quite the significant jump into the top 100.

I got a text this morning from one of our long time fans who noticed how many people there are on BradleyFans.com (the number who are viewing online is noted near the bottom of the front page of BradleyFans.com)

All last night there were 250 to 270 people online and already this morning it's been 150-200...
This is a direct result of what just TWO big wins in a row can do for us!!! It instantly energizes the fans and they want to hear and read more...
Just think of how the Braves' fan base will explode if we keep right on winning--
so this IS a very important game for us!!!!!!

I received a 1099 form today from GoogleAds, the source of the ads that are displayed on BradleyFans.com. It confirmed what we were seeing each month that the ad revenue for 2017 was up over the previous year, after dropping during the Geno Ford years. Obviously that helps us keep this site up and running, but it is also an indication of the increased traffic and interest that comes with winning. We appreciate all our members and guests!

I have also received many private messages from members, old and new, expressing thanks for providing information that Bradley fans crave, some of which you will not find anywhere else. And many are thankful that we have a format that is pleasant to participate in and view, without the clutter, insults, and bickering seen on other interactive message board sites. Thanks to everyone for keeping this site going and keeping things enjoyable!

I have had numerous fans who don't even know me come to where I sit at Bradley games and try to find me and talk about how they appreciate BradleyFans - and invariably they are thankful for the source of such great info on Bradley and also for a place to express their own thoughts good or bad.

Other times, I either talk about Bradley or overhear someone else doing so, and someone unfamiliar to me will start by saying "have you ever been online to BradleyFans" ....and then they start telling me all about it - and I "play along" as if I do not know - just to candidly see what they say...and it's the same response. They love having such a place to see what's going on. Universally they feel they are NOT getting coverage or fair treatment for their beloved team by the media.

Bradleyfans is a worth it's weight in gold to me. I check it several times a day and find the information to be fabulous. Thanks for what you do, tornado and if I can be of some help or contribute to cost, I'd be happy to do so.
