Missouri State's star Alize Johnson has recently been pegged as a late 1st round or early 2nd round NBA Draft pick this coming June
NBADraft.net has him at #28, late in the 1st round - LINK
Draft Express/ESPN has him as a 2nd rounder - LINK
Sports Illustrated just listed him as perhaps the top midmajor prospect - LINK
I kinda think Donte Thomas and Elijah Childs might have just put a dent into Johnson's plans...
In last night's beatdown at Carver Johnson looked far from an NBA prospect. And Alize wasn't suffering from cryotherapy-toe, either!
I have to think that some of the NBA guys who were watching last night slid Johnson down out of the 2nd round and maybe into the free agent/G-League zone. Time will tell but awesome job by our guys!!
