so here it comes...the new metric soon to be revealed that I think NCAA will use to try to pack the NCAA Tourney with big schools - but Doug Elgin is hopeful midmajors can "crack the code"

the NCAA is preparing to restrict DI coaches from attending & scouting July AAU events - so schools are already looking for ways to get around this rule...
schools are already having their Athletic Directors go to some AAU events & "watch" & get used to knowing what to look for - since NCAA does not restrict the actions of the AD's (yet...just wait...)
