Interesting.....the $1500 theft occurred around 2 to 4 AM on the early morning of Friday, Dec. 22 at a party the 2 players attended, and was not reported publicly until the Springfield News-Leader posted that article about it yesterday. The two were suspended prior to Missouri State's game last Friday against Loyola, but Head Coach Paul Lusk at that time only revealed that they were being suspended for a violation of team rules, and there has been no mention of the specifics.
After being confronted, they admitted to taking the $1500, and the money was returned. No police charges have been filed yet.

agree, doesn't matter from the legal standpoint...but I sure would like to know what's going thru someone's mind when they leave an unattended purse at a party and it has $1500 cash in it..

Scott was gonna be a redshirt candidate so reinstating him seems like a press move

The point of reinstating Scott, according to Lusk, was that he was not the one guilty of taking the money, and that his suspension was only for the curfew violation.
