Another article about this story. It has an embedded video that shows the dramatic moment when the medical personnel realize the player has no heartbeat, and they begin CPR-
The moment South Carolina State guard Tyvoris Solomon's heart stopped during the game and an athletic trainer jumped to bring him back to life captured on video.
The player, Tyvoris Solomon, was revived and was alert and speaking as he was taken to a hospital, where he was listed in "Fair Condition". Because of that, the South Carolina State team decided to resume playing the game after the 40 minute delay, which they lost 103-71 to North Carolina State.
After the game, the player was described as "up and aware", and "conscious, and he was talking".
