  • Good win tonight

Bradley teams of the past few years would not have been able to overcome that that poor start and the poor shooting stretches. Good win, proud of the team!

Also, the last few years when teams got physical or chippy with us, we'd seem to back down and not play well. This team is tougher.

it was a sloppy game, lots of mistakes and missed shots- but when you can still win a game like that against a decent team there's still satisfaction

Agreed. The Braves may not be ???light years??? better (see what I did there?) but they are much improved. I am most interested to see what will happen away from home this weekend in the Bahamas...

I fully agree. Great team win tonight for the Braves. I truly believe we would have lost this type of game a year ago. I'll be interested to see how we respond to this scenario on the road but happy to see us defend the home court despite some adversity!

I had a former coach tell me all the time that "winning ugly is still winning". While still a very ugly game last night, I agree that previous Bradley teams would have lost that game. I think Bradley will struggle a lot with big teams and athletic teams, they at least look like they were a team last night.

Had not watched a Bradley home game for a bit, but stunned at the number of people who dressed up as empty seats. Sounds like Bradley has the same problem my Aces do.....trying to get the engage fan base back after some lean years.
Cheering with pep and vim for the white and purple!

trust me, we all see it... but it is getting better...
              it's called "Fallout"

our defense of our home court the past few years has been disappointing...
Historically Bradley has alwaus maintained a home court advantage of around 70-80%

If you pick just one single crucial event in 2011 you can see this...

Home court record in the 6 years BEFORE Geno was hired - 72-27 (73% success)
Home court record in the 6 years AFTER Geno was hired - 50-47 (52% success)
              There's your answer...
