but his own coach just tweeted a couple hours ago that his offers are: "Bradley, Illinois, Louisville, Umass, South Carolina, Virginia Tech" - so I am still holding out hope that his coach knows and listed them in order of preference!! His only official visit was to South Carolina
After cutting his list to six schools and still including BRADLEY -
now Jermaine Couisnard states he has trimmed to just three- Illinois, Louisville, South Carolina
One site said he was believed to be a strong lean towards South Carolina and that he was expecting to start and not sit the bench his freshman year -
but Illinois is expected to have Mark Smith & Ayo Dosunmu ahead of him for some time to come.
Despite a report that Couisnard had trimmed his list to just 3 schools
he has produced this notice and is having a big "Reveal" celebration tonight - and Bradley is still listed
...we can hope, .I would think the verbal from a similar wing scorer, Brummett might mean our staff knows Couisnard has eliminated BU
Former Bradley recruit Jermaine Couisnard commits to South Carolina.
Bummer. I was hoping maybe he'd surprise us. It just seems like we are constantly in the running but never seem to land the kids considering bigger programs like Louisville and whatnot.
Back when we built all those fancy new facilities Les said that it was just a matter of time before we finally land a huge recruit. And that the facilities would be the difference maker.
Well let??™s see. By the time we finished the facilities we sacked the coach and became horrible. Most top high school players don??™t want to go somewhere with a horrible team. Now we are on the road back and hopefully we will land some more heavily recruited players, but that window of opportunity is only now opening.
Note- I am not saying we don??™t have any good players now.......
