  • Bradley needs to immediately sue to pull out of adidas deal

Given the corruption and scandal just announced, we need to distance Bradley University as far as possible
from this scandal and find a way immediately to get out of this horrible adidas deal that Mike Cross and Joanne Glasser
bragged so much about getting us in to

If we move in that direction, then while at it dump the block B logo and the little monster-faced gargoyle and start over -
    Get this all behind us.

Yes, it is no surprise that everything that Joanne Glasser and Michael Cross touched turns out to be a nightmare or worse, and requires the cost of millions of dollars to get out of. However, getting out of a legal contract may not be so easy.

Besides, Adidas has already proclaimed their complete innocence, and are already distancing themselves from their global head of sports marketing, Jim Gatto, who is at the center of this corruption probe-

      Contracts

Whatever we can do to distance Bradley from Adidas needs to happen. Sub par service, clothing, shoes, and equipment hinder our success.

Not to mention that incoming athletes care about "cool" gear more than anyone would like to admit.

but we need to see if Nike & others are also drawn into this as facts emerge..

BigBallerBrand is looking more and more appealing

There are already rumors that Nike money was behind this push to investigate and prosecute Adidas, their top competitor in college athletics.

            CLOTHES

I imagine Under Armour would be a better suitor for a University our size. Nike would be the best choice, but I think UA would give the University better service on a more personal basis.

UA is on the rise so if they are not implicated in the cheating then I like the sound of it

adidas stock is down but probably less than most feared - but then, Nike is down as well
..all these companies do a lot of business overseas where few care about recruiting scandals..

btw- I sure miss the old logo -
