Whoa Nellie sounds less than thrilled. POB needs a change in venue!

If there are differences of opinion regarding POB between Nellie and the Warriors' management, hopefully either POB gets traded to a team that is a better fit for him or Nellie is shown the exit.

          Warriors make a trade:

The Golden State Warriors dealt Murphy, Mike Dunleavy, Ike Diogu and Keith McLeod to the Indiana Pacers for Al Harrington, Stephen Jackson, Sarunas Jasikevicius and Josh Powell.

Darn...was hoping O'Bryant was part of that trade.

Obviously this deal was in the works when POB was recalled. So does this indicate POB gets more PT?

THAT'S AN ODD TRADE--NOT SURE WHO IT HELPS. HOPE IT HELPS POB'S PT.

Troy Murphy (6-11, 26 minutes per game), Mike Dunleavy (6-9, 27 minutes per game), and Ike Diogu (6-8, 13 minutes per game) were all getting quite a lot of time as some of the "bigs" at Golden State.

Of the players obtained from the Pacers, only Josh Powell, and Al Harrington are big guys, but both are about 6-9, with Powell being very inexperienced.

I think this deal will help Patrick, as they will need more size in the paint, and that's the reason they recalled him.

We'll find out shortly as POB rejoins the Warriors against Shaun Livingston's team at the Clip Joint. No Peoria area TV.

If he does not get more time then I see no reason for him to be brought back to the Warriors.

He has to get significant minutes tonight as the Warriors will be undermanned. The traded players supposedly will not make the game.

Looks like Chris Mullin is pretty much telling Nellie to play some of the kids. I'm sure this doesn't make Nellie happy, and it's not like it would be the first time he hasn't gotten along with management. It will be interesting to see how this one unfolds.

This is possibly the only reason he was recalled from Bakersfield.....
