First off thanks for being concerned. I am very fortunate in that we recently retired and spend the summer in northern Michigan. Our home in Houston is dry at the moment but certainly is still in some danger, but most importantly we are safe-stuff can be replaced. I am in contact with many friends who are in tougher situations. The floods in Houston are beyond comprehension.

Glad to hear you and family are in a safe place. Congrats on retiring at such a young age.
Hope your home in Houston stays dry. That is just an unbelievable situation.
