Too bad. Travel costs had to be huge for teams to get there and back.
Speaking of tournaments, bdGlobal Sports just finally announced the field for the Gulf Coast Showcase today (Aug. 25), which is held in Estero, Florida.
That leaves only one early season tournament that has not had any information officially released yet about the participating teams or schedule, and that is the Islands of the Bahamas Showcase . In fact, bdGlobal Sports, who is also the owner, organizer, and promoter of this tournament, has yet to even release any information of any kind about it, or even admit that it exists. The only reason we even know anything about it is because of minimal information that has leaked out from the schools who have agreed to participate.
