Good news...Luuk van Bree got his boot taken off and worked out with the team today for the first time. He went at it on the court 100%, and looked great.
All the players have bulked up a bit. Luuk is now at 225 pounds, and Koch Bar is at 231 pounds, the biggest they each have ever been.

Also, the 2 freshmen and the other new player, Luqman Lundy will all contribute this season.

Lundy shoots well...have to admit I have not been this optimistic since the start of the 2005-2006 season
