Here in the middle of summer, I'm just curious whether anyone has seen Koch and can tell if he's put on some pounds since most of us last saw him in early March.

I think he could be a dominant center in the "new" MVC. Recalling how Patrick O'Bryant blossomed near the end of his sophomore year, I'm hoping that Koch will start asserting himself, too, in his soph season. I think his play will be a real key to our success next year, since in my opinion we're pretty solid and deep at forward and guard.

I took my granddaughter to the WBB camp this week and seen the guys every morning as they came from their morning meeting. They all looked like they have added weight. I talked to one of the coaches and he said they were more concerned w/ adding weight & muscle during the off season and in the next couple of weeks they will start getting the guys ready for BB conditioning.
He said the coaches were very happy with the guys this off season.
LVB is in a walking boot and will be for about another month or so.

Here is a recent picture of Koch (June 20) from Coach Wardle's basketball camp. He looks a little bigger, especially in the arms and shoulders.
