A former Bradley recruit, Sam Logwood, left New Mexico a couple weeks ago and is still searching for a school to transfer to-
This morning, he told CBS Sports college basketball writer Jon Rothstein that he is still considering Bradley-
If you read that entire thread from the recruiting board about Sam Logwood, he is from Indianapolis, Indiana and played the first couple years of his high school career at Lawrence North HS. Geno Ford offered a scholarship to Bradley back in November, 2012. He played his last couple years at La Lumiere Prep Academy in LaPorte, Indiana. He originally committed to Auburn, but eventually renegged and then committed to New Mexico.
He played 3 seasons at New Mexico-
As a freshman, he started 16 of 24 games and averaged 6.1 ppg. As a sophomore, he started all 32 games and averaged 6.3 ppg, and as a junior, he started 18 of 29 games, and averaged 7.4 ppg. He has shot 40% from three the last 2 seasons.
He apparently is not a grad-transfer, so he would have to sit out a full year and have only 1 year of eligibility left after that. I am not sure it makes sense to tie up a scholarship for 2 years just to get 1 year out of a transfer. Plus, as of now, Bradley doesn't have any open scholarships.
