I don't recall ever expressing an opinion on that since it goes on all the time..
The official rule is that the player committed to the school - not the coach, I am sure you know that, but almost all schools allow their signees out of their letters..
If there were ever an example that you might be able to prove what you are claiming, then it would have been when BOTH Remy Abell and Sean Harris wanted OUT of their SIGNED letters of intent TO BRADLEY.....
but feel free to re-read everything I said back then, I am sure if you go back to then, you won't find a single thing to support your claim..
I thought then as I do not - that it would be counterproductive to force the kid to come against his will and play for a coach that never recruited him.
The only time I have ever expressed any opinion was if a kid backs out due to tampering by another school...Comment

I would hate to see Brown leave. Without mentioning names besides Brown, other guards would probably be missed less. I guess last year may have just been on off year for some players.Comment

The signing period ends in just about 24 hours... kids can commit after that but a lot of schools will have trie to fll their scholarships by then and there won't be many uncommitted kids left..
UIC just landed a leftover kid yesterday that was pretty "under the radar", had been home-schooled & never played either school ball or AAU. What video there is of him kinda shows he has a long way to go...Comment
