I forget how they seed this tournament. Is it votes or committee or random?

The seeding was done largely behind closed doors subjectively but the player experience level (see the column next to the number of fan votes) played some part in the seeding.
I'd have to think since we finished in the Final Four and we are hosting - our seeding should be favorable (I hope)

Patrick O'Bryant now officially is on the roster, giving Always A Brave two 7-footers. One more addition for the team to officially become eligible, but plans are to push the roster to 12 based on the invites I have out there. I'll continue to update as players become official.Bradley Associate AD for Communications and Operations

Used a family connection to add our eighth player - 2010 Pac-10 Player of the Year Jerome Randle will be a great point guard compliment to Daniel Ruffin for #TBT2017. Jerome is related to AAB guard Tony Bennett and came highly recommended from Marcellus Sommerville.
PEORIA, IL - Always A Brave used a family connection to add backcourt depth to its roster for this summer's The Basketball Tournament, adding 2010 Pac-10 Conference Player of the Year Jerome Randle to a squad that otherwise consists of Bradley University alumni.

Here are his college stats at Cal-
Randle has had a long pro career overseas. He played in the Australian NBL over the 2016-17 winter, averaged 21.3 points, 3.0 rebounds, 5.4 assists for the Adelaide 36ers, and was awarded the NBL Most Valuable Player Award.
After his season ended in Australia, he signed as a late-season addition with Limoges in the French Pro A League where he is averaging 9.4 ppg and 4.1 apg off the bench. Their season does not end until mid-May.
That is the same league that Marcellus Sommerville is playing in with Orleans. Marcellus is his team's leading scorer (14.3 ppg) and rebounder (5.8 rpg). Ironically, Limoges and Orleans will play against each other in the final regular season game of the year on May 16, so Marcellus will be playing against Jerome Randle.
