LiAngelo Ball is not even that good. He was rated 3-stars at best. He lacks the ball handling and athletic skills of his brothers, and is bigger (6'4", 230 pounds) and slower. He was recruited just to make his dad happy, so UCLA could get Lonzo, a highly rated 5-star recruit, and the little brother LaMelo (also a 5-star recruit by some, but who I also think is overrated).

Both LiAngelo Ball and his 16 year old brother LaMelo Ball have reportedly signed contracts to play professionally in Lithuania,
with the Lithuanian team Vytautas and are expected to head to Lithuania right after the holidays.

Good luck with that. Taylor Brown played in Lithuania last year, and he and his black teammates were subjected to significant racism. The level of basketball played in Lithuania is actually pretty good, and I can't see either of the Ball kids succeeding against that level of competition. Neither has ever played a single minute of college basketball.
As I said above, LiAngelo, the middle son of Lavar Ball and the one who left UCLA after the shoplifting incident in China, is not that highly rated of a player. He plays the power forward position, but he is no more than 6'5", and he will be dominated easily by the bigger and more experienced European pros.
LaMelo is only a high school junior who just turned 16 years of age. He is listed at 6'3", 160 lbs., but is probably not that big. I can't see him going up against professional international players in the Lithuanian pro league either.
This should be fun to watch.

Not widely known, but LiAngelo did play in one exhibition game for UCLA
..he actually did pretty well scoring 11 points in 16 minutes,

A kid Bradley was recruiting and reportedly offered (back in the pre-Wardle era), Davon Dillard is leaving Oklahoma State & transferring
He has one season left for sure, maybe two because of possible medical redshirt....he is a 45% 3-pt shooter...
but I am guessing after the Jojo situation, we might not be in the market for more transfers...
