I think this is one of the reasons why the MVC has a problem staying competitive. Coaches in the Valley do well then they get bought out by bigger programs with more money. You don't get longevity in the programs. Look how many coaches have left the Valley and moved to other schools and done well. Once a coach leaves and you hire a new coach then it may take several years to get the program back to competitive level
