Illinois win at MSU or Loss?
I assume that since UIUC has a higher RPI and are on the road, them winning helps us...am I right?

Today's result is pretty much a push and doesn't affect our RPI much. Illinois and MSU likely trade places in the RPI. If it does hurt us, it is because it minimizes the strength of us playing at Michigan State.
Whatever the result, we don't want to be on the bubble with either of them because of the losses in head to head.Comment

yeah i was gonna post something about this since there were atleast a few games this weekend that featured both former opponents from this year...loyola at uic, illinois at msu, depaul and rutgers...who do we root for, the road team? the lower rpi? can anyone shed some light on this...COMMIT TO THE INDIAN!!! - denis savard on his blackhawks, but we should adapt this as a bradley slogan.Comment

Biff just beat me to it. Not sure what an Illinois win would have done to our RPI, but it dropped from 26 to 27 with Michigan State winning that game. SOS stayed at 8.
Creighton just happens to be sitting at #26 in the RPI. Should be a good game! A road win at their place would move us close to 20 I'm sure.???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again.
