2016-2017 Men's College Basketball Missouri Valley Conference Home Page: conference information including conference RPI, overall record (wins, losses), conference standings (conference wins, conference losses), games back, RPI, top 50 record, last 10 record, win streak, plus daily conference scoreboard and results.
Currently, Bradley's RPI has risen to 218, while Missouri State's RPI changed minimally and is now 213.
There could still be some change before all the D1 games today are completed, but it is highly unlikely Bradley can make up the 5 spot difference.
Note also that Illinois State's RPI remains 5 slots above Wichita State's. So likewise, there is only a remote possibility that could change enough to move WSU ahead of ISU to the #1 seed.
Also, Loyola is 11 slots behind UNI. If Loyola wins tonight, they will make up most of that gap, but probably not enough to overtake them for the 3rd seed.
Great win for our young Braves! Good amount of Bradley fans and even some loud BU students. Can't say enough good things about Donte Thomas and how much he has improved. Leaving the Knapp Center happy, thanks Braves.
I like Bradley's chances of beating Drake again next Thursday. In my assessment, the 3 best games Bradley has played from start to finish all year were these last 3 games. Hopefully, that means the team is starting to click and can keep that trend going. Bradley is playing their best basketball and has handled Drake twice this season (the Feb 4 game, Bradley lead by as much as 20 points in the 2nd half, and today, they lead nearly the entire game on the road and won by 8 ), and Drake has lost their last 9 games.
A really good win on the road in the conference. Things are starting to look up. If the 2 new recruits can help us and if we could possibly recruit a good JC guy we could be mucho improved next year. When DT plays down low with his quickness and jumping ability, and Luc stays within 15-18 ft. of the basket, we are a much better team.

I like what I'm seeing..,hard work, hustle and SMART basketball. We are really valuing the ball. Hard to beat a team 3 times in one season, but we are playing really well. I like our chances! GO BRAVES
anyone else notice something odd about Timmer...
barely a factor....
made just 3 shots, zero rebounds, one assist...
He's gone to the FT line more than any Bradley player and only a couple MVC players have gone more this season yet he hardly handled the ball and shot just 2 FT
and their 4th leading scorer Arogundade also played only 11 min and barely sniffed the ball...
Could they have been deking us knowing they will play us again Thursday?

I believe you are giving an interim led, abysmal basketball team on a 10 game losing streak way too much credit. LOL. Although it is weird I'll give you that.
A team that has lost 9 in a row and is headed for the last place seeding doesn't have to try too hard to make themselves look bad.
I am sure they wanted to win their last home game, and senior day game, adn they had plenty of good shots that just didn't fall.
Timmer injured his ankle early in the game, but continued to play. That might have been a part of the reason he had a bad game.
