It is looking pretty certain Missouri State will be the #7 seed, Evansville the #8, and UNI the #9 seed. There are still a few D1 games left to be completed which could have a slight bearing on RPI's, but there is now enough separation, those seeds will probably hold up.
Here is the RPI listing that will used after they are updated tomorrow (Sunday 2/25) morning-
    www.http://rpiratings.com/mensrpi.php

    Tiebreaker formula-

    1) Loyola
    2) SIU
    3) ILSU
    4) Drake
    5) Bradley
    6) INSU
    7) MO State
    8 ) Evansville
    9) UNI
    10) Valpo

Information about Bradley send-off celebration at the team hotel, and pregame parties at Ballpark Village
For the sixth time in the last eight years, the Bradley basketball team is set to face Drake in the State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Tournament as the pairings were officially announced by the league on Sunday.

          What’s the latest on DBJ.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see UNI or MSU playing Sat.
          ISU blue over red.
This is what it’s all about. Arch Madness.
Child’s should be on the All Fresh team.
Yarborough has my vote for POY
          Barry for COY.

There has been no word about Darrell Brown's injured ankle. It did not look like the worst sprain I have seen, but there is no way to tell the seriousness by that. He probably already had an MRI or will be getting one.

For what it's worth, Darrell Brown sprained his ankle a couple times last season.
He initially suffered a mild sprain January 31, 2017 in a game against Wichita State-

He continued to play and did not miss any games until he reinjured the ankle in a shootaround on February 22, 2017 and ended up missing a game that night against Missouri State.

Right now Loyola is the clear favorite as they have won their last 7 and 14 of their last 15(I wonder what team beat them.. HMM). But can the winner between UNI and Evansville give them trouble? Absolutely. Can absolutely see Missouri State crap out against Valpo or make it to the championship game but I'm leaning towards them crapping out. Can SIU regroup after that spanking they got from Evansville? Hopefully the old adage of it being hard to beat a team 3 times in a year holds up in our game against Drake but Is DB going to play and if he does just how effective can he be against a team that is constant motion on offense. Whether DB plays or not both Luqman and especially Jayden need to step up. Jayden gets too passive and it hurts our offense. The best game on Friday should be the game between the 2 ISU's. If the Redbirds come to play they have as much talent as anyone in the MVC and the Sycamores might be finally starting to come together. Remember they own the only Valley win at Loyola. It's going to be a fun four days.

In the 2 games between Indiana State and Illinois State- the first one on Dec. 31 was won by Illinois State 84-81 in overtime in Normal, and the second meeting on Jan. 20, Indiana State embarrassed the Redbirds 84-54, and ILSU was not missing any of their players. So Indiana State appears to match up very well against Illinois State.

From an entire tournament perspective, I think this is the most excited I've been to go to St. Louis in a long time! This should be an excellent four days of basketball with so many possible scenarios and hopefully close games. Obviously I hope the Braves can string some wins together making some noise but nonetheless this should be a very entertaining nine games of basketball. I'll be sitting in the Bradley section (112) with a couple of other Bradley guys if anyone wants to stop by and say hi! It would be nice to finally meet some of you guys. Have a great shortened week everyone!

If any Bradley fans have four tickets for session three they want to get rid of let me know.

Brian Wardle said today that Darrell Brown has a lateral ankle sprain and they're not planning on him playing in Friday's MVC tournament. Wardle: "We??™ll see how it goes this week, but he still can??™t put any weight on it." #bradleybraves

I just saw the news on Brown..not good. It??™s really disappointing if he in fact can??™t go. I remember preseason I thought Lundy was going to be a bigger factor this season so maybe he can step up and play some solid defense and others will step up with their scoring.

                        Fingers crossed!

The good news is that he was not definitely ruled out for Friday.

Just my opinion, but I think this kind of more vague statement, "We're not planning on him playing Friday", is the kind of thing they'd say even if they thought he would be able to play. So let's not get too worried. This is why our coaches have recruited other capable point guards.

                            Brown!!

I agree da coach.I am excited that we get to play on Friday for first time in 8 yrs.I also think this might be a ploy for coaching staff to keep Drake off guard, not knowing what to expect.I hope this is the case but whatever,Go Braves!!
