    speaking of Jayden Hodgson...
not saying I can see the future....but...here are some freshman numbers...
not a lot of freshmen do much better than Jayden's been doing - especially since his numbers have improved a bunch lately.

    Jayden Hodgson 5.1 ppg, 1.8 apg, .420 on 3-pt
    Creighton's Nate Funk 4.7 ppg, 1.8 apg, .357 on 3-pt
    Andrew Warren 4.1 ppg, 0.7 apg, .457 on 3-pt
    Sam Maniscalco 7.6 ppg, 3.0 apg, .367 on 3-pt
Jeremy Crouch (sophomore numbers) 4.6 ppg, 0.9 apg, .242 on 3-pt
    Wichita's Ron Baker 0 ppg, 0 apg, .000 (redshirted)

Maybe you missed DLO 1 for 8 free throws.
5 Kennell's on the team wouldn't work out well at all......

With no disrespect to Kennell. As I stated he is an ideal 8th to 9th man off the bench type of kid on a really good BU team. You won't win championships with him as a starter, far to slow & limited by numerous deficiencies. That doesn't mean he's not a valuable asset to the team. We want to win championships here, and need to be 8-9 deep.

He's also a Freshman. As detailed here a number of times, Freshmen can be developed and thus improve. I don't necessarily have an opinion one way or the other at this point because he has a Freshman. However, making such declarations regarding a kid's role on a "really good BU team" when he has not even finished his Freshman year, seems a bit presumptuous. If he were near the end of his Junior year I might understand. However, I think T has repeatedly cited stats of jumps players have made from year 1 to years 2-4. The two areas that most Freshman struggle with in college bball are conditioning and defense. My suggestion is we reserve judgment until at least this point next year for the Freshmen.

yeah...I didn't mean any disrespect either....having 5 guys exactly the same unless they are all Lebron's wouldn't be good

As I stated, no disrespect to Kennell, he will get everything out of what he has. He plays hard, but he's just very limited, and has a pretty low ceiling when it comes to upside. He's a good 8th to 9th man and every good team needs a guy or 2 like him.
