Missouri State playing tough against ISU and lead 33-29 at half

of the 3 games televised that I have seen - at SIU, UNI and Missouri State - it's a sad commentary for the MVC...
..sad to see so many seats empty right behind the benches and in many areas of the lower bowls..

betcha ISU didn't want to chance McIntosh for very many minutes tonight but if they take a loss to a 203 RPI team I suspect they'd feel the bubble underneath them getting softer..

Missouri State now up 43-35

WOW! ISU Red hangs on and beats Missouri State 67-66

ISU got down by 8 early in the 2nd half but got the lead with 11 1/2 minutes left and never trailed the rest of the way. Dequon Miller cut the lead to 67-66 with 30 seconds left and they fouled Paris Lee who missed the front end of a 1 and 1. After a missed shot Obediah Church got fouled on the rebound. He then proceeded to miss both free throws. DJ Clayton then missed the front end of a 1 and 1 for ISU with 6 seconds left and Miller was able to get off a 3 point shot but missed it at the buzzer.
