It did look like Wardle could not make adjustments in the second half. Of course, we missed many layups and free throws that would have won the ballgame.

Would the last person out of Carver Arena please turn off the lights? Requiescat in pace.

The guy who hurt Bradley in the game in Terre Haute was Van Scyoc (he was 6-11 from three). And yet tonight he kept getting open shots and killed Bradley again, going 5-9 from three, including the game winner. Why not defend him better?
Bradley now 0-2 against the worst team in the MVC.

Possibly the worst home loss in the recent past. You score 38 first half and then go 11 minutes without a field goal in the second half? At home? Assign blame all you want. This is fully on Brian Wardle.

I won't be at anymore this year. Last one was Drake and that's only because of the HOF ceremony. Before that? Hmmm... I think Loyola. BTW... don't forget we almost blew a 20 point second half lead against Drake.

Only saw the 2nd half and that was as pathetic as any half of basketball I may have ever seen. So many turn overs, so many missed shots and layups, and again so many missed free throws. It's time to run off more than the one we're over. It's time to clean house. I saw an 8th grade Sectional championship game tonight and it was much more enjoyable to watch and both teams shot free throws better than this bunch. Oh did I say they only charged seniors $2 to get in. I wouldn't pay $2 to watch this bunch. I keep thinking we're close to turning the corner but then I see something like that 2nd half and realize we're not close.

Luckily I'm out of town the last two games. I don't know how we can shoot so poorly the second half from the field and the line Heck if we just shoot bad we win

As one of several hundred witnesses to the debacle I will say that I have never been more embarrassed of a Bradley team's play. Ever.

                    Final Score: Ind. St.56-BU 54

SAD-SAD-SAD....I kept waiting for BW to inspire, energize, or motivate his team but he simply couldn't do it. Most coaches would show some anger and/or bark at the team in time outs but not BW. Our guys play half asleep.
Again, something is dreadfully wrong and Chris R. needs to step in and do something.
Also, the two high school recruits from St. Louis scored 9 and 12 points respectively in their last game. How in the world are they going to be good enough to make a difference at Bradley?

I am still calm and patient.

I don't care about this season. Don't care about this team.

                      (I do care)

But I don't wear it on my sleeve.

I am calm. I am patient.

                      I am waiting.

                        Bradley Women

I am going to say it again, support the Bradley women. They play better and harder than the men any day of the week.I usually see many of the men at the women's games but they must not be taking notes on how to play 40 minutes

yeah- Indiana State played a horrible game and tried at every opportunity to hand us that game but we kept handing it back..

I hope our guys sit and watch video for 8 hours a day of that 2nd half...
watch & watch and notice how many bad mistakes we made and how many times we repeat the same mistakes...
-repeatedly try to lob to Koch Bar - not one such attempt led to a basket and almost all of them led to turnovers
-hurry FT's and miss half of them
-we were 6-9 on 3-pointers in the 1st half, that was a key part of how we got a decent lead, then in the 2nd half we didn't even attempt another one for 6 minutes and only one in the 1st 10 min of the 2nd half
-we had a big rebounding lead in the 1st half then got sluggish and lost that in the 2nd half

88 straight games without back to back wins. Think about that. 88 STRAIGHT GAMES WITHOUT BACK TO BACK WINS.And I think it's safe to say that as bad as some of the games we have played during that stretch this one, considering how bad the other team was playing, takes the cake. How we could go from playing a pretty good half of basketball to what we witnessed in the 2nd half is beyond me. I'm at a loss to explain how it keeps happening like this. Can someone please explain this to me? If someone can please call the BU athletic office and clue in our coach.

Roller coaster....weeeeeeeee!!!!! We're just the next win away from turning the corner with the program and finishing the season strong. Remember when we beat perennial powerhouse Drake at our place, even though we blew a 20 point lead? I wonder if this roller coaster is made of wood or steel and how much it gets inspected.
