Bradley got within 24-20, but then some poor defense allowed MSU to pull back out to a 41-31 halftime lead.

Bradley trailed all but the first minute of the game. They trailed by as much as 16 points, but were able to cut the lead to 4 a couple times in the 2nd half. But then MSU slowly pulled away to win 76-62. Donte Thomas with 17 points & 7 rebounds and Jayden Hodgson with 16 points. Darrell Brown with 15 points, but he was just 3-14 from the floor. Nobody else had more than 4 points.
Third straight loss for Bradley. They play at Loyola next Wednesday.

Bradley drops to 8-13, 3-5. Missouri State goes to 14-7, 5-3

I saw improvement in this game. Got back within 4 late just don't no how to finish yet in that situation.

Why won't DLo shoot the ball? He is a good shooter and last year was doing very well but now he looks like a different player....Tentative and somewhat afraid. We need his offense but he is giving us almost nothing. Whats wrong?

we did battle back and we did hit FTs better and certainly handled th eball better in the 2nd half
but we also allow them easy passes in the lane to wide open guys standing under the hoop - kinda what we did vs. ISU
so gotta watch the videos and figure it out

Keep The Faith

A learning process. Guys need to mature physically and mentally.
Not much skills practicing during a season, need a really strong
off season program with lots of shooting, weight lifting, and 5 on 5 practice.

Is it legal for Bradley MBB alum to work out with players off season, in the absence of BU MBB coaches being present... Someone who can push these guys and help them learn....

It will take another 1-2 recruiting classes in order for BU to make progress recruiting higher ceiling talent...
