While doing research for the Game 5 picks I found some interesting stats about UNI that I thought were, well, interesting. They have not had a losing record and have finished in the upper half of the Mo Valley for 13 straight years. That's the longest current streak in the Valley. They have made at least 1 three point field goal in 546 straight games. Ben Jacobson has not had a losing record since he became head coach in 2006. Jacobson ranks just behind Wichita's Gregg Marshall in career Mo Valley wins. Marshall is 6th with 121 and Jacobson is 7th with 114. Jim Molinari ranks 9th with 110. Barry Henson is 4th with 128 wins. Henry Iba of Oklahoma State leads overall with 187. Dana Altman had 182 wins at Creighton. UNI is 0-8 when they score less than 70 points this season. UNI has won 5 straight and 10 of their last 11 games and are 20-5 against BU since Jacobson became head coach. Overall UNI leads BU 29-28.
