That's exactly the way I look at it too. We HAD to make up for that one.
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

And I thought E'ville might make a run at the top half of the valley standings.....

Just shows how tough the conference is. We win tonight remain 6th in the standings.

Also, SIU won in Normal and Des Moines, so Dave made a double boo-boo with that comment. Still, it used to be that 2 Bradley road wins in the conference turned Peoria into Mardi Gras North. Let's keep this party going, eh?

Need to protect our home court by winning out and figure out how to get 2 more road wins; that would make for an unbelievable season.

                    readjusted standings

If you readjust the standings so that a road win is +1,home
is -1,and road losses and home wins are 0 then the standings
                    are.......

                    (T1)Siu +2
                    (T1)CU +2
CU and SIU are tied since they haven't played yet

                    (3)MSU +1
MSU is 3rd because of the head to head win @Bradley
                    (4)BU +1

                    (T5) Ind. St. 0
                    (T5)UNI 0

                    teams haven't played yet

                    (T7) WSU -1
                    (T7) EU -1

                    (9) DU -2
have a head to head win vs ISU(red)

                    (10)ILL St. -2

Bradley should have a good shot at road wins in
                      Normal and Evansville. Carbondale,Omaha,and Springfield
                      could be some rough outings.

I think we should win at Transfer U and at Evansville. Depending on which team shows up, I firmly believe we can pick up another win at SIU, CU, or MSU. Handle our business at home, and that would put us at 12 or 13 conference wins.

I'm thinking with the way SIU plays, they will keep you close no matter if you should be or not. If they come out shooting poorly, we can capitalize and make a great game.

If Will goes off again in Omaha like he did last year, anything can happen. GO BU!
People need to recognize there is a huge difference between playing hard, and playing well...

The road game that worries me the most is CU.
Anthony Tolliver can be a beast in the middle when he puts
his mind to it.Funk has been playing well for most of the
season and CU seems to be starting to get over the chemistry
issues that where bothering them earlier this year.I do
agree that SIU's lack of an offense could give us an outside
chance of winning down in Carbondale.Hopefully when we
play MSU on the road we will play better defense than we
                          did against them at home.
                          Good win for BU tonight

                          GO BU!
