There is a Pregame Luncheon on Friday in honor of Coach Joe Stowell, who will celebrate his 90th birthday on Dec. 24. The doors open at 11:15 AM, Lunch is served at 11:30 AM, and the program begins at 12 Noon.
Dave Snell will host a "This-Is-Your-Life" themed program for Friday's luncheon featuring several of the returning Braves, while Stowell and the alumni gathering will be recognized during halftime of Saturday night's men's basketbal home game versus Chicago State.
There will also be a Braves Club Pregame Party Presented by Alexander's Steakhouse and Famous Dave’s on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Complimentary beverages and snacks will be available for the Pre-Game Party. Doors will open two hours prior to game tipoff time. The Pre-Game Parties are open to all Braves Club members (membership card required at entrance and one entrant per membership card).
Guest entry is $10 and guests must be accompanied by a Braves Club member.
Chicago State is 3-4, and they are coming off a 83-76 overtime win at Western Illinois last Saturday, their first road win in almost 2 years.

Chicago State was 4-28 last season and 0-14 in their conference. They were 8-24 in 2014-15. They are a member of the Western Athletic Conference where they finished a distant last place last season-
Their last winning season was 2008-2009, which was their only winning season since 1985-86-
They are coached by Tracy Dildy in his 7th season. His overall record there is 49-149-

One of CSU's players was a teammate of Bradley's Antoine Pittman at Rockford Auburn HS. 6'3" shooting guard Delundre Dixon is a sophomore at CSU-
One other CSU player is vaguely familiar to Bradley fans- Brian Greene, Jr. He is a 6'3" shooting guard who is a grad-transfer. he was originally from Thornton HS, but spent a year at a Florida prep school. He received some recruiting interest from previous Bradley head coach Geno Ford. He initially committed to Auburn, but then he left Auburn after only 1 season. He visited Bradley on May 6, 2013 before eventually transferring to Florida Gulf Coast University.-
He played very little in his 2 seasons at FGCU, and after last season he transferred again as a grad-transfer to Chicago State.
Their leading scorer is Fred Sims, Jr. averaging 22.8 ppg. They have 2 other players averaging about 13 ppg. They have several players who shoot the 3-point shot well.
