    Some trivia-
Ball State University is a state school in Muncie Indiana (about 60 miles northeast of Indianapolis), and they currently have about 22,000 students.
It was founded in 1918 through the philanthropy the Ball brothers (Lucius, William, Edmund, Frank, and George) who established what is now known as the Ball Corporation. They became extremely successful manufacturing glass jars and lids that were used all over the world for home canning. Their plant was located in Muncie, Indiana. The Ball Corporation, which has since re-located to Colorado, has branched out into many other areas including aerospace technology as well as metal and plastic beverage and food containers.
Ball jars and lids are still widely used by home canners, but the jar and lid manufacturing is no longer part of the Ball Corporation. They spun off that part of their business in 1993.
The younger fans might not remember these jars, but anyone over 50, surely would-

They have one guy I'll nominate for the All-Name Team
    Doudou Gueye - pronounced "Doo-doo"
(averaging 1.4 ppg & 1.6 rpg) a 6-10 Senegalese who played two years at Western Nebraska Community College (junior college) then one year at South Carolina State, then redshirted a year then came to Ball State as a grad transfer.

They also have Tahjai Teague - pronounced "TAH-zhay" (averaging 7.1 ppg, 7.3 rpg) - cousin to current & former NBA'ers Jeff Teague & Marquis Teague

Ball State came very close to winning two of their losses (to Indiana State & Valparaiso)

I'm looking most forward to seeing our response.

I don't know enough about Ball State to know whether a good response would/should equal a road win or not.

        IMO..

We score 100+ and win a shootout. .....puts down cup of KOOLAID .

Staying in the game would be a nice response.

        Winning would be a overachievement.

Very well. I'm glad someone was willing to define the situation regarding Tuesday night. I'll accept that definition.

Let's see how we start the game. I'm guessing the guys got worked hard in practice the last few days. I would also guess seeing a different starting lineup. I would also guess that we'll see an overall better effort. Whether we see a win or not is anybody's guess.

Time to put Saturday behind us and go get another road victory to tie last year's overall win total. I would expect to see a much better outing from the Braves. And for once, can we start fast??

these announcers are weird-- do they know there's a game that they could call - instead this whole broadcast has been "this is your life Franco House"

time to start benching the guys with repeated turnovers...
might not have anyone left to put on the court but gotta do something to end the silly, unforced, junior-high caliber bad turnovers

this guy keeps making a huge issue out of "dead ball turnovers" vs. "live ball turnovers"...??
Hellooooo- both teams are turning the ball over way too much, no science needed here...

I'd say that's pretty simple T. So far in the first 10 minutes were maintaining contact. But we can't keep tradin baskets. Gotta close out on their shooters better.
