Does anyone know what is the deal with Woodruff coach Charlie Thomas?

He voted to keep Bill Cole off the 1st team All Conference last season and in being the only coach in the league who didn't give Cole the nod, prevented Bill Cole from being a unanimous 1st Teamer.
So in their game last night, Bill Cole sent a pretty powerful message by scoring 29 points, 15 rebounds and a dominating performance to hand Woodruff a 22 point drubbing.
The Warriors are now 0-3 in the conference, but Thomas responded by blasting his opponents with several not-so-subtle slams and insults.
Here are a few of Thomas' words:
"We didn't care what Cole did," Thomas said. "He's bigger than everyone else, so he's going to get the garbage and get some points. Richwoods has Justin (Dehm) and (Cole), but I don't see anyone else beyond them.
"Next year, it's back to reality for them."
So, he thinks Cole only gets his points because he's bigger than everyone else? I guess he didn't notice that Bill Cole is actually pretty good at times.
Bill Cole's remarks by contrast were classy:
"I don't have to prove myself to him," Cole said of Thomas. "The only people I am interested in proving myself to are my teammates and coaches, and that's why I go out and play hard ... to get the win.
"Coach Thomas isn't really a factor in how I play my game."
