Watching that video I had two thoughts:

        1. They both have really quick releases on their jump shots.
        2. Childs looks really really good. Like I think we got a steal who could be a POY candidate in his time at BU
        Gotta stop feeding the trolls.

          Welcome to Elijah and Ryan

Receiving National LOIs from 2 high quality players on the FIRST day of the signing period is certainly different than what we saw under previous coaches. Congratulations to Coach Wardle and his staff and welcome to Elijah and Ryan.

Man this is fantastic news! Stellar job by Coach Wardle and his staff. We truly are building something here at Bradley. They ask that we are patient and it will pay off.

I would add that Childs has a really quick FINISH on his shots.

                    2 new signees means 11 for 13

As most of us are aware, this years BU squad has no seniors, which means that the 13 scholarship players this year are competing for 11 scholarships for next year. If we sign any other players, the 11 could drop to 10 (or fewer). Will make for some intense competition this year and hopefully continued improvement throughout the season.

From what I hear, the 2 scholarships that will open for next year are already decided and agreed on. No players will be leaving Bradley against their choice, and from what I have determined, Coach Wardle has never dismissed any player against their will in his past.
I also hear that we are not recruiting any more for 2017, so barring an unlikely change of mind, nothing further will change regarding the 11 scholarship players who are planning on returning.

It is so refreshing that ALL of our scholarship players can contribute significantly to this team's success. It would be hard to see any of them go. Maybe scholarships "opening" doesn't necessarily involve someone leaving. I don't know. I'm not an insider. Human nature might assume, with so many members of this team living and playing so far from home, that someone might be homesick. I hope not. I really like all of our foreign-born players and don't want to lose any of them. Then again, I really like all of our U.S.-born players, including our new recruits!

I'm very excited the season is starting. How much have we improved? Yajusneverno!
