I had the privilege and pleasure of attending the Fan Appreciation Breakfast this morning in the Braves Club room at the Renaissance Coliseum. The room was packed with fans. It was great to see and hear from Coach Wardle and AD Chris Reynolds, and even Bradley President Gary Roberts took time out of his busy day to attend the breakfast and mingle with the fans. The fans enjoyed a great breakfast and hearing about the upcoming season.
Coach Wardle spoke to the fans about the team, the players, the schedule, and more. He hinted that we should see a completely different style of offense this year, now that we have multiple good ball handling guards to run a faster paced offense, instead of the slower offense we ran last year to limit possessions by the opponents. He prefers the faster style with a lot of quick shots, and hopefully more fast breaking. The Coach also answered questions from the fans after his presentation.
