Bradley WBB gets commitment

I know - but that was my point - the only mentions we get are long after the recruiting, long after the commitments,
and even after they sign and the official release can then go out from Bradley University
(obviously the Univ. can't talk about the commits before that)

But way different with the men...
there are articles about recruits, articles that cover when a recruit visits or is present at a game, even articles
about bunches of recruits sometimes - and which might be our top targets - LINK - LINK (or at least there used to be gobs of these when they loved GF)
then articles about the offers going out, and then multiple articles if any of them should commit - and all that is happening well before the sign.

Seems like nobody covers the women and they only reprint the release after Bradley (BP) can then finally do their coverage for them...
I understand that maybe the women's BB doesn't generate much interest but coverage of recruiting and commitments was something they did once.

Drake (the 2017 conference champion) and UNI (the 2016 conference champ) have done very well recruiting Iowa schoolgirls.

Bradley women's head coach Andrea Gorski lands a commitment from a second 2018 recruit- Ellie Spelhaug from Pleasant Valley HS, Bettendorf, Iowa. She excelled there in basketball, softball, and track.
She is a 5'10" forward who averaged 16.0 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 2.4 apg, and 2.3 spg this past season. She was 1st team All-Metro Quad Cities area and 2nd team All State in Iowa as a junior.

I do not recall any prior women's team that had multiple commitments this early. Great job by Coach Gorski and her hard working staff.
