I think it is Cellus....
the text seems to indicate it's someone from the 2006 team, so it would be Bennett or Cellus since the uniform number ends in 5..
but if you look at a closeup, the tattoo on the right arm does not match Tony Bennett's and seems to resemble the one on Marcellus Sommerville's right arm.

It looks like the #5 is centered such that it would be unlikley to be #15. So I think it is #5 Tony Bennett. I think that may be why Darrell Brown, Jr. #5 is posing in front of the picture.

I contacted the Bradley ticket office and was told - "We are offering the `82 Champs Special seats in sections 18, 19, and 20 in rows 1-5 (the higher part of the lower bowl) that are normally $285 each for $82 each with a donation requirement of $100 per seat, $182 total per seat."

That is a pretty good deal. And on the $100 "donation" part (or any maintencance donations paid to enable one to buy tickets) , the IRS allows 80% of it to be tax deductible.
What was the discounted price? Is there a website that quotes these prices?
I saw the same billboard but in a different location over by the Northwoods Mall, and it does indeed promote LOWER BOWL SEASON TICKETS for as low as $82
so I still can't vouch for it but that's a pretty special price for lower bowl seats, that I had not seen that price quoted anywhere else.
