Time to start thinking basketball for 2016-17...

anyone wanna guess our starting lineup for the first exhibition or first regular season game?
Injuries, suspensions, and a few other oddities have resulted in virtually nobody getting the starting lineup right over the past five seasons...

No prizes or requirements - just post a guess and let's see who gets it right!

Mine:
Callum Barker 6-9
Luuk van Bree 6-9
Donte Thomas 6-7
Ronnie Suggs 6-6
Jayden Hodgson 6-3

my 2nd option would be to sub Antoine Pittman for Ronnie Suggs or Jayden, but then we'd lack a true PG
I guess we'll see - the first exhibition will be Nov. 6 - 3 and a half months away, but we'll see the Red-White Scrimmage Oct. 23

I think we see a couple things more clearly now...

DLO will definitely be well behind where he ought to be, since as of late August he's still in the walking boot.

Word is that BOTH of our new point guard recruits are doing very well, have received positive comments from both the coach and those who have viewed some of the summer workouts, and quite possibly one of them will start.

And maybe as of right now, only one of the newcomers has the experience at DI and the skill set to be in the mix (Jojo) ..

but given all that I am sticking with my prior choice of starting five

I know this won't be our starting lineup - but Nate Kennell did play a lot of PG in high school - so ...
what if at some point we have this lineup on the floor?

-PG- Nate Kennell 6-6
-SG- Donte Thomas 6-7
-SF- Luuk van Bree 6-9
-PF- Callum Barker 6-9
-C- Koch Bar 7-0
...average height almost 6-9

that might be the tallest 5-man lineup Bradley's ever put on the floor.
Of course we could also go small with Darrell Brown, Jr., DLO, Pittman, McGlaston, & Donte.. avg height 6-3

For me it is hard to know who is starting but right now I would predict the follow:
DB jr
KB
LVB
AP-possibly DLO but see him coming off the bench as a spark to the line up
DT-again JO JO could possibly start here also.
