Bradley's Homecoming is a full week of activities from Monday September 12 thru Sunday September 18, 2016.
This is earlier than usual - generally Homecoming (& activities that would be of interest to basketball fans) has been in October
Here are the things I might think a BRADLEY BASKETBALL OR SOCCER FAN WOULD BE MOST INTERESTED IN:
-MON. SEPT. 12 - 9PM - LIGHTING OF THE "B" ON BRADLEY HALL
-THURS. SEPT. 15 - 6PM - BRADLEY BOWL (student-faculty flag football game on the quad)
-FRIDAY SEPT. 16 - 3PM - CROSS COUNTRY MEET AT DETWEILLER PARK
-FRIDAY SEPT. 16 - 6:15PM - BRADLEY vs. ISU HOCKEY GAME (at Owens Center)
-SATURDAY SEPT. 17 - 9AM - HILLTOP TROT 5K - starts at Markin Center
-SATURDAY SEPT. 17 - 11:30AM - ALUMNI HOCKEY GAME (Owens Center)
-SATURDAY SEPT. 17 - 2PM - BRADLEY vs. ISU HOCKEY GAME (Owens Center)
-SATURDAY SEPT. 17 - 4PM - HOMECOMING TAILGATE AT SHEA STADIUM (prior to soccer game)
-SATURDAY SEPT. 17 - 7PM - MEN'S HOMECOMING SOCCER GAME vs. EVANSVILLE
I do not know if Bradley Basketball has plans to be there or have a tent at the TAILGATE as they had in the distant past - but this was another of the events that, for no known reason, we never had during the Mike Cross years.
The last time BU Basketball had a tent & greeted and entertained fans at the tailgate was October of 2009. Here's the report from 2008 and 2007
