Andrew Warren signs for the 2016-17 season with Mitteldeutscher BC of the German Pro A League.

Last season, Mitteldeutscher BC finished 17th in the 18-team BBL (the highest level pro league in Germany), and this coming season they will play in the Pro A League.

Last season Andrew played for Parnu Sadam in Estonia where he averaged 21.4ppg, 5.2rpg, 2.2apg
earlier last season he played with Sigal Prishtina (Kosovo-SuperLeague) where he averaged 10.6ppg, 2.8rpg, 2.6apg

Warren started his professional career in 2011-12 with the Skytrans Cairns Taipans (Australia-NBL) where he averaged 13.2ppg, 3.2rpg, 1.3apg
In 2012-2013, he played for Nuovo Napoli Basket (Italy-Lega2) where he averaged 10.0ppg, 5.0rpg, 3.3apg
In Dec.'12, he moved to Forex Time Apollon (Cyprus-Division A) where he averaged 15.5ppg, 2.9rpg, 1.3apg
In the early part of the 2013-2014 season he played for the Wellington Exodus Saints (New Zealand-NBL) where he averaged 18.5ppg, 3.4rpg, 1.4apg
In Jan.'14 signed at La Union Formosa (Argentina-LigaA) where he averaged 8.9ppg, 2.6rpg, 1.1apg
In the 2014-2015 season he played for the Reno Bighorns (D-League): 14 games: 5.8ppg, 2.1rpg, 1.5spg
in Feb.'15 signed at Santa Cruz Warriors (D-League): 16 games: 2.1ppg, 1.4rpg.
In 2015 June: China Four Nations Tournament in Chenzhou, Jiahe, Shenzhen and ZaoZhuang (Team USA): 6 games, 15.5 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 3.3 apg

Andrew Warren was one of 2 players who are registered to play on the Always a Brave team who were not at the alumni game Monday. Dave Reynolds reported that Andrew Warren recently had surgery on his knee, though his signing to play in Germany in a couple months suggests it was probably a minor procedure, and he is expected to recover quickly. There has been no official announcement, but it seems unlikely Andrew will be able to play in the game Saturday in Chicago.

Walt Lemon was also not present at Monday's Hilltop Hoopin' Summer Slam, and he did not play in the alumni game, reportedly due to tendinitis. It's unknown if Walt will be able to play Saturday.

It remains to be seen if the political unrest in Turkey will have an affect on Walt's decision.

Andrew Warren's German pro team started their preseason exhibition games yesterday. Andrew's new team, Mitteldeutscher BC of the German Pro A League beat Erstligisten Science City Jena 72-57. Andrew lead all scorers with 16 points (4-8 from the 3-point range).
They play 9 more exhibition games, then their regiular season starts Sept. 24.
