  • Who is the most prominent Bradley person/attendee/alumnus?

Since things are slow - let's have some people's opinions as to who would be considered the MOST prominent alumnus of Bradley....

I know there are a few top sports names (Hersey Hawkins, Chet Walker...)
but some would also add a few names from the fields of world politics, religion, military, science, broadcast, etc... (General Shalikashvili, Bob Michel, Jack Brickhouse, Charley Steiner, etc..)
There's also some bad names on this list - Matt Hale, Al-Marri

Here's a thread we once had on this topic with a few names noted...
...HOWEVER - this thread also lists Peorians who did not go to Bradley such as Fulton Sheen, Richard Pryor...

So just the Bradley people, please....
here are some names to get us started...

I will start the list with Lydia Moss Bradley - and while she's not the classic Bradley grad - I think since her major claim to fame is the founding of Bradley - that she counts...
here are many more (LINK - and the former thread that we discussed the most prominent Peorians & Bradley alumni - LINK)

I do not subscribe to the PJ Star any more, but I noticed this great article by political reporter Chris Kaergard about Lydia Moss Bradley-
