    How can Illinois State be last in APR but first in Grad Success Rate? What's the difference?

      I saw this story in the Chicago Tribune- This isn't specifically about Athletics, but Chicago State's overall graduation rate dropped to 11%. That is even a new low for the school that has traditionally had one of the worst graduation rates in the country.

      This can't be good for the school that has always been fraught with corruption, fraud, and financial problems. Recently they laid off a third of their staff. Maybe it's time to close up and let the other state colleges and junior colleges take over. Every one of them does a significantly better job.
