Special announcement tomorrow morning concerning Bradley men's basketball

It does not seem likely this has anything to do with personnel, recruiting, or even scheduling. Those kinds of announcements would come from the coach or AD.
So it seems that it would be more likely to have something to with TV or radio contracts or other policies related to the games next season, or some new program that is being started in support of men's basketball. But I am just guessing. We'll find out tomorrow.

Just listened to the Greg & Dan show and Bobby Parker was not on the show today.
apparently it will be tomorrow (Thursday) instead...
it was said not to be related to anything going on at Bradley or any current situation..., they even jokingly guessed that they would announce that Coach Wardle would "wear an afro".
But it sounds like maybe it is an announcement of upcoming summer events to keep fans engaged.
Hope so..........

I see now that Bobby Parker has just tweeted this...
NOTE the time change from 8:40am Wednesday to 7:40am Thursday
"Ignore yesterday's mysterious tweet.
Pretty cool announcement is on hold."
"Sorry for change but I'm sure you'll enjoy today's show without me.
I'll join @1470WMBD Greg and Dan Thursday at 7:40a to talk @bradleyumbb"

I don't know, maybe we ought to have a pick-em & see what people think the announcement is gonna be...
-some new marketing idea or sponsor?
-announcement about upcoming events for fans?
-bad news regarding more player departures?
-good news regarding transfer in of a couple 5-Star kids?
-schedule news, home & home series with Villanova, road game at FGCU?
-significant drop in ticket prices?
...any other ideas??

Former Bradley players and staff members will team together to enter The Basketball Tournament this summer and attempt to win the winner-takes-all top prize this year of $2,000,000. This is the same tournament that Zach Andrews played ion last year and made it all the way to the championship game.
The team's name is Always A Brave and the only 2 profiles posted so far are General Manager Bobby Parker and Coach Rick Karius-
Coach Chuck Buescher and Bobby Parker will be on WMBD at 7:40 to talk about this. Chuck will also be helping out as coach.
Players they mentioned are: Tony Bennett, Taylor Brown, Sam Maniscalco, Patrick O'Bryant, Jeremy Crouch, Daniel Ruffin, Matt Salley, Marcellus Sommerville, and Walt Lemon.
In order to get into the tournament, they need to get into the top 12 in fan votes for their region.
So Bradley fans can help by going to this site and voting-
Some fans will also share in the prize money! But it requires that fans register here, then vote-
And you can vote more than once!
