Northern Iowa gets transfer guard

Freshman Adam McDermott, a 6'4" shooting guard is transferring from North Dakota and will walk-on at Northern Iowa. He played in 32 games is freshman season at North Dakota, and averaged 6.7 ppg, and shot 41% from three.
